At Murphy Bed Systems, we stand behind the quality of our space-saving solutions and offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our furniture, certain restocking fees and freight shipping requirements apply to all returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware and Panels

  Carefully disassemble the unit and place all components, including hardware kits and wooden panels, back into their original protective crates and packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Freight Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you coordinate a professional freight carrier pickup to ensure the heavy components are transported safely back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
